I'm Lorrie and on this diet again after quite a few years. I'm 54 and want to lose 10 lbs. Thought this would be the quickest way to do it.

I made a delicious iced coffee - very low carb count. I was so in love with Mocha Joe's from Burger King but discovered that there was 66 grms of carbs and I about died.

So I made my own. Summer isn't so bad after all.

Are you still on the diet?

i am back also after a long long time. i have manged to lose 50!pounds by just eating right and exercizing, but i miss low carb and sure miss all my old pals. i was so very sad to read about Debra's passing. where has everyone gone? i recall gooch telling me about another site that was formed after this original site became infected with a virus, but i have long since lost that link. if anyone knows where all the old timersnhave gone, i would love to reconnect!
