just trying to get my head round carb counting, today i have had ,,1 fryed egg , 3 rashers bacon,3 cherry toms, 3 med mushrooms,=i think aprox 6g net carbs, i slice cooked ham= 1g, braised steak in onion broth curly kale,=2g,sugar free jelly double cream =1g ,1 boiled egg=.5g,throught the day i have had 2 decafe coffee s made with double cream & 1 sweetener in each=2g, 1 ltr low cal indian tonic water stating trace carbs, i make that 12.5, am i on track ?? just need to know i am counting the right things, any advise welcome, thankyou , wendy
