I read a wikipedia article on the diet, so I'm aware of the 20g of carbs a day limit.
Today I've eaten chicken (they don't put a limit on how much chicken you can have according to the wikipedia page because it has 0 carbs)
I ate carrots, cucumbers, and green peppers.
And two small cups of yogurt for breakfast (i don't mean literal cups, I mean the pre-packaged ones).
I'm trying really hard to follow the rules but I'm not sure if I'm technically allowed to eat as much chicken as i want.
please help, sorry if this post reeks of ignorance about the atkins diet.
