I'm a newbie at this online stuff. I'll be starting the Atkins again for the third time. The last time was ten years ago and I'm tired of being 245lbs at 5'5 I look and feel twice as much. I allowed life stresses keep me heavy, but no more. Enough is enough. I need help now more then ever. Since they did away with the starter kits. What supplements will I need to take to help me? Anyone else doing this again? Anything else I need to know this time around to keep me on track?
