Teech we can commiserate together since I am on week 6.
Going out for the D3 run. That is 25 minutes long. I will have to adjust where I do the 5 minute warm up walk as I will have run out of flat land at the end of 25 minutes. No way in he!! am I running the last 5 minutes uphill.

I couldn't bear the thought of lisitening to Robert's techno music for the 25 minute run today.
So, I figured that the 25 minutes was probably worth 2.5 miles since I pretty much ran 2 miles int eh 20 minute span....Wow, I can do math.
I listened to my book on the ipod and added some more distance.
G-dog and I ran 2.66 miles. Hope that got us to the 25 minutes.
Then we came home to a blood bath. See the post about Marley on the oldies thread. NOthing like keeping your heart rate up!

Thanks April!! Bag comes from outlets in Vero Beach - almost an hour North of me. They have all designer stuff at reduced rates not knockoffs (not that there's anything wrong with those either)
Friday - 3 mile run outside

Fri~ c25k W5D2, which is 2 8-min runs with a 5-min walk between.
It was challenging, but doable. I'm wondering if I should do it again or move on to Day 3, which is a 20-min run, no walks. (I had some inclines today--minor, though--but could run a flat route, if that matters.)
Any thoughts?

Sorry, I know this isn't the purse thread...but
Carrie, love the shape of yours. And the color. Any stores here that carry Dooney have all gone...um, well, kind of urban looking. I'm in the market for a solid shaped, no crazy prints, summer bag, and just can't find one here.
Teech, my theory is if I get through the current day of C25K without stopping, I move on. I only repeat days if I couldn't get through it. So 20 min run for you missy.
I did not run last night, I was exhausted. Dang EA and FB
But I did get up early today and W3D1 of C25K. Horribly sloppy, but it's a start.

Have you looked online or at online outlets?

I was afraid of this...

Did I read this right? You got up early to run before work?
What's gotten into the two of us??

I know, SO unlike me to get up early. But it is Friday and I was sure I wouldn't have time tonight. I've browsed online for purses, but really like to touch/feel.

Yes, teech. I agree. YOu do not repeat a day unless you absolutely could not finish it the first time.
Luckily for Marley, I walked today.
Luckily for Marley, I only walked 3 miles today.
