Ditto for me. I wish it would just rain already so it would cool down. 80 degrees and 70% humidity. It's really, really thick out there.

Saturday - 3.5 mile run outside

Sunday - 4.5 mile run outside - it was hot too! Almost 80 degrees at 8am and the humidity is a bit thick.

Monday: 2.5 miles with a lot of walking. I think it was the heat--didn't feel like it was my body.

----------------------------------------------------------------
Tell me what you think:

1. How many days can I run in a row?
2. How many days a week can I run?

Right now I do 2.5 miles pretty easily--about 3 times a week.

When I'm at my best, I typically run 3 days in a row and then take one rest day.

I've been BAD with exercise the past 5 days or so. So hot outside and I'm just not an indoor girl. But I need to do a video on the days it's too hot. Or get up earlier! Back to business today!

I agree with April. At my best, I was running 3 days on, one day off. On the third day, my legs would always be made of cement.

The plan I like the best is 2 days on, one day off.

Or, I would do runs MWF and then SAT or Sun go longer.

This morning, terribley hot and humid. 3 mile walk minus G-dog. I didin't want to have to carry a 60 pound dog home when it got too hot for her. She is delegated to the TM for the next week I am afraid.

I am going to flat out admit it. No way am I doing any formal exercise today. It is just insanely hot outside.

Carrie, I don't know how you stand it all summer. I can take the heat but that humidity is absurd.

I figure by the time I spend 3 hours outside at the garden, I will be wasted away to nothing. G-dog will have to get on the tm.

You have to go to the garden today? ICK!

I walked with Quinn at 5:45AM and it was already 70 and about 80% humidity. Now, at 7:45 we're up to 82 and 78%.

Patty, I try to get out there when I'm running outside by 6:00 am or it's just too humid. The gym is a very short walk and it's air conditioned.

It rained finally this evening so I took G-dog for a much needed 2 mile walk.

We had a bit of rain last night too. Just enough to drop the temps and humidity enough to give Quinn her much needed walk. 3 miles - on accident. One of the roads we usually take was blocked off for repair.

No walk today, we both slept right thru the morning

ZZ and I went for a 3 mile walk this morning. The walk was fine but when I got home I discovered I had picked up the wrong set of keys and was locked out. My dear nieghbor ran me over to DD's to get her key.
