It looks like our hot weather/humidity has broken. Tomorrow morning they are saying 72 degrees. G and I will be out there hoofing it around the lake.

good golly....

2 mile walk with g-dog. I had every intention of running with her until I saw how she was behaving just walking. I can tell when she is not wanting to exert herself more because she slows down in every shaded area and walks with her ears down. No way was I making her run. Her breed will work themselves to exhaustion if you let them. I know if I had run with her, she would have done it but...just not worth the consequences.

So, I dropped her off at home and went back out to run. I made it 1.8 miles and then walked the rest of the way up the hill to home.

Better than nothing. 85 degrees with 65% humidity.

I think our heat is going to let up by tomorrow late in the day. Thank goodness! If not for me, for the dog. She has been so stir crazy.

Friday: early AM walk with the dog, but very slow and not more than a mile. I had a little procedure yesterday (nothing major) but I'm a tad sore.

I guess I officially completed the C25K plan today. :D

Ran 3.1 miles with G-dog this morning.

took Marley for a 1 mile walk. That is all she is good for anymore.
