i have been lifting weights and running. will this slow down the process of atkins working? would it be better to lose weigh first then lift or can i do it now while on the diet?
Any physical activity is a big plus. The more muscle you build the more fat you burn. Exercise will also increase your metabolism allowing you to burn more fat.
