Tues: Bleachers--3 sets of 5 with jogging 1/4 mile between
Wed: Biggest Loser video...and it was hard.

Wednesday: 3.1 miles running with G-dog this morning.
I really wanted to stop half way through. Then I made myself do a systems evaluation and decided it was a mental thing. I was breathing fine. The legs were moving fine. The brain just didn't want to engage.
I need to start looking for a new book on tape to listen to on the ipod while I run. This semi porn crap is about finished. I cannot believe it has gone on this long. I am on chapter 57.

No formal exercise but I did tramp around the zoo for two hours with Nick and Sarah.

2 miles on treadmill today, w/some walking
1 set of 7 bleachers
1 & 1/4 mile brisk walk

Saturday: 3.1 miles running with G-dog , then .7 miles running with Marley for a total of 3.8 miles run. + cool downs with both dogs.

Friday - 3.5 mile run outside
Sat - 2 mile run with Carla - she cramped up so we stopped
Sun - 4.5 mile run outside

Monday - 3 mile walk
Looks like I am not going to be running that 5K in October. We are going to be on vacation. Vacation is good but I did want to do the 5K. I am going to try to find another in the area. And at some point I need to get back to trying to run.
