2 mile walk with DH and G-dog. It isn't enough to be counted as real cardio but it is the best DH can do at the moment.
Teech...I told you you could do 10 minute miles!!!

Well, Patty...I built up to 6 mph as my level 10. The first 3 cycles were okay, but that last one killed me! It felt really good though.
Mon: 45 lower body weights
C25K W1D1 in the evening
(I'm getting a friend started on it and told her I'd do it with her. Secretly, I'm thinking she's a better runner than I am--she weighs 100 lbs. So, I'm hoping it will not only add more cardio to my plan, but will also help me increase my speed. The 100 lbs is in her normal weight range, btw. Not sure how tall she is.)

It rained on Monday. I should have done the TM but I hate it so much I only do it in winter.

Tues: HIIT cardio, 5.5 mph max
Shins were hurting/burning through the entire workout, so I backed off a bit. Will ice tonight. I don't want shin splints again.

Wednesday: 2.5 mile run in Wichita...or approximately that. I could clock 2 miles of it on the car. The other half was around this lake thingy at a shopping center behind our hotel.
