I seem to have done something to my foot. It feels almost if something is out of place. So, even though it is absolutely beautiful outside, I am staying put.

Oh, Patty! Right when you got healed up! Any idea when it might have happened? :-( Does it hurt really bad?

Gee Patty, so sorry. Is it the same foot that you had trouble with before? Rest - you don't want to be in pain during your vacation.

I have no idea what I have done to it. The PF has never really gone away but it has been manageable.

This pain is on the top about an inch or two away from the big toe in the direction of the ankle. It will be perfectly fine and then I get a sharp zingery type pain that feels like i put it into a light socket.

Personally, I think it is realted to a stupid pair of sandals I wore shopping yesterday. I don't normally wear those for anything other than going to the mailbox but I forgot to switch shoes before I left.

Getting old sure stinks. It has been a year now since I have been pain free in that foot.

Sounds like you may have twisted something in the sandals. Sometimes the foot slips off the side of it. Hope it feels better soon. I hear ya on the age thing!!

Saturday - 3.5 mile run.
