Summary for vacation: Did nothing for the first 5 days. Then walked a minimum of two land miles every day and 1 beach mile every day.

Monday: 3 mile walk with G-dog.

OH MY...Katie had a DVD that she says kicks her butt...so I bought it and did it this morning. Yes, it does kick your butt. The best thing about it is it only takes 20 minutes....JIllian Michaels Shred
