Saturday and Sunday: 2 miles with G-dog and DH.
DH needs to get it into his head that the dog is still wearing a black fur coat and needs to walk in the early morning, not at 2 in the afternoon. (sigh)

Monday - 3 mile walk
Patty, I understand about the dog. I wait until it's later at night to go so ZZ doens't get too hot. We are lucky, about halfway thru I can stop at the office and get her a drink.

So, the garden this morning was 100% workout. We cultivated for the full three hours. My arms are dead. Then I came home and mowed the lawn. So much for my day of rest.

Thurs: good HIIT run
This time my level 9's were 7 mph and I did 55 seconds at 8 mph. So mad at myself for not getting the other 5 seconds, but at the time, I thought I was going to die...

Friday:
I sweat through two t-shirts today.
My usual 3 mile wlak with G-dog, then on to the gym for that 30 minute weight workout.
The weight work I can do. My hardest thing is holding a plank position. We are suppose to do it for 45 seconds. I have to drop down twice in that 45 seconds.
NO core strength here at all.

HMMMM I just checked and all those three mile walks with G-dog should be 3.5's.
