Saturday:
2 mile walk with DH and G-dog. Taht is amazing to me considering the condition DH's foot was in last weekend.
Also did 20 minutes on the TM doing the HIIT thing.
4 - warm up
4.5
5
5.5
6
x4
7 for the last minute
7 is definitely doable. I may start with 5 next time and see what happens
still playing with this but I really like being done in 20 minutes.
Thanks Teech

Saturday - 4 mile run
Sunday - 4.5 mile run
I like the idea of 20 minutes on the treadmill. I may adopt some of this too.

I have been doing some reading online on HIIT. Aparently, no matter how fast you can do your last minute, you are still suppose to slow down to a fast walk for your low walk.
Teh site I was on recommended doing something like:
3.5
6
7
8
3.5 etc
So your recovery minute is tryuly a slow recovery minute.
Guess I didn't understand that part, Teech.

OMG. I am dead.
20 minute HIIT, followed by 30 minuts strength work followed by 20 minutes on the exercise bike. This bike has all these programs. We chose a beginner 20 minute porgram and I thought I was gonna die. Up these hills with 35% elevation. Ughhh
