I have no formal exercise to report but I can say I have walked a million miles in Vegas. Every night I went to bed wtih my legs just exhausted.

I love trips when all I do is walk. It takes care of anything you eat!! LOL

Yeah, you do need sneakers for walking. After a while, even the most comfy sandals start to hurt.
