Hey, guys...I'm coming back to join you on Monday. Thought I'd do some catching up today.

I love the vacation days full of walking, too. But, yes, doing it in sandals stinks. :?

I know, I feel so much better with all my aches and pains and I find if I can get started before 7:00 on the days I'm off, I can do the 5 miles pretty well.

DH thinks I will be upping it to 6 very soon. Not likely - I'm happy with 5 right now.

Ran one mile and then did weights. Carpal tunnel did not weem to interfere too badly. Now we will see if I can sleep tonight or if my hand wakes me becasue it is asleep.
