Yes, another month and I have got to get back in the exercise mode. I have been slacking way to long.

Yesterday was so nice DH and I took Zsa Zsa and went for a 3 mile walk. My legs were killing me, it's been so long. I really wanted to turn left instead of right at the point that would of shaved a mile off but didn't. You sure lose it pretty quickly.

You lose it quickly but it will come back quickly also.

45 minute walk at he gym. Walking buddy needed some vent time as all of her DD's friends got MIP'd this weekend. DD was not with them at the time.

Thursday - gym day - 50 treadmill, 20 ex bike, sit ups - very little weights, but did ok.

Wednesday: Did weights at home while attending to the plumber, tehn walked a few miles with G-dog.

LOL...YOu will be lonely this weekend as I will not be exercising.

Friday: 40 minutes on that god foresaken exercise bike. WE did a route that had you biking up hills with 42% grade. I was soaking wet when we finished.

30 minutes weight work.

I tried to do a regular push up on the floor the other day and still can not do one. I can now do 10 pushups using the rail at the gym which is about mid thigh high but I cannot do a regualtion military one to save myself. I could do 3 of the old girl style ones....some day I will get it.
