Yes I am running alot but I bailed today. I just couldn't do it. I'll resume tomorrow and Monday. I was too darn tired.

Thursday - gym day - 50 min treadmill, increased speed. 10 ex bike - situps.

UGH...I've been forgetting to post.

Anyway, Tues: 20 min HIIT, level 10= 6.5/7 mph

OOPS, I forgot Friday - 30 minutes walking in circles followed by 30 minutes of weights.

Saturday morning I tried taking the dog for a walk. What a joke. While most of the sidewalks are cleared, no one has cleared the areas at the intersections. So you have to either sink a mile into the snow there or walk in the street. G is trained to not walk in the street and only does it under great stress to her...so our walk ended up being a short mile....
