YEEEAAAHHHH...my favorite exercise bike is back in service at the gym

30 minute bike ride followed by only half of the weight workout. The gym was having some "issues" this morning.

Patty, glad the bike is fixed. I know I favor one and when I have to use the other one, it's just not the same.

Thursday - gym - 50 treadmill, 15 ex bike, sit ups, light weights.

the bike I like is the one that you can use different courses on and it changes the grade and resistance on you as you go...Last week I used a traditional bike and it was sooo boring. And, I had the sorest rear end from the seat. LOL

Friday: ran 5 minute intervals. al;ternating with walking. trying to break those feet back into running again.

My mind and heart are really wanting to crank out 3 miles.....

Monday- 45 minutes on the bike. No weights

Had to decide between cardio and weights and opeted to keep the cardio going until after the holiday hullabaloo.

Wednesday. alternating 6 minute runs with 5 minute walks until we ran 18 minutes. Not enough. didin't feel like a work out at all......but better than nothing.

I have shoveled and shoveled and shoveled...definietly have fgotten my arms worked out.

Monday: 6 miles on the evil exercise bike and then 30 minutes of weights.

With all the ice and snow in New York, I hardly exercised.

We did go out on Saturday and I ran 3 miles but it wasn't easy. Monday I did about 2.5 miles - it was better out since the rain melted alot of the snow and we got lucky that it didn't turn to ice.

I'm going to try to get back on track tomorrow.
