Sooooo...I am a few days late starting this thread.

45 minutes on the bike then 30 minutes of weights. Have a nasty cold and cannot breath. I felt like my heart was going to pump out of my chest while lifting so I slacked back on that a bit.

Tuesday - gym day. 55 treadmill, 15 elliptical (someone was on the bike) sit ups

I'm ok. It is a weird cold. No snotty nose at all, just sore throat and tight chest with minimal coughing. It comes and goes.

Wednesday. Workout buddy ditched me so I was on my own.

Ran 2 miles on the track and then decided since I have not run more than 1.5 continuous miles , I should probably stop. Then did the weight routine.

running/foot update for myown records.....foot a little sore last night but is fine this morning. I think I can gradually begin increasing my distance again.
