2 mile walk with the G-dog but it felt like 5 after having to walk over snow banks at corners and skate on ice half the way!

Well, it was probably good for your leg muscles. Hope you are not sore today. Did it snow while you were gone?
Sunday - 5 mile run. DH and I went to the Palm Beach bike trail and ran on the intracoastal. It was great but just as I was finishing, it started to downpour. Chas gave me a big head start but we still finished within minutes of eachother. I thought he'd be waiting for me, but was quite pleased that did not happen.

No, we have had no more snow but the people who live on the corners where you have to cross streets have not all cleared a path through the massive snow piles that the plows put there so the only way to go is up and over.
I cannot say that I blame them for not making a tunnel through them. Several that were tunneled through had the banks about shoulder high on me.

That's how it was in NY during Christmas. Parts of the street were fine but then you'd come to those snow banks and you had to climb them. It was funny watching DH.
It's good that you were not sore, but now you may be the designated snow shovelor. LOL

I already am the designated snow shovelor. DH's approach is that it will melt in the spring so as long as you can make it through it, leave it alone.
I like to shovel it first thing before it gets driven on.
I am sure that is the difference between someone who grew up with snow 5 consequetive months versus an occasional flurry.

We used to do that too. Shovel right away before anything passed over it. Later on in years, if it was a big storm, my father had someone come and just plow the driveway otherwise we'd go out several times and shovel. I liked it then, don't know if I could do it now.
Monday - 4 mile run

Monday - one mile run, 1 hour on the evil bikes. My legs were toast.
No real weights as my energy level was kaput
