forgot to post Monday. I wheezed my way through a one mile run and then did 30 minutes on the bike. That was enough.

Yes, it is still hanging in there. I mostly just have an annoying drip and some chest congestion. when I exercise, I am sucking air pretty bad and it usually starts a coughing fit. TMI!

1.5 mile run today and then some weights and sit ups. Sit ups were hard as I wanted to cough the entire time... Running was better.

Sorry to hear that. Maybe give yourself another day off or at least skip the sit ups until your chest has cleared.

Friday - 1 mile run followed by 30 minutes onf the bike. I have done this course before and beat my last time by 8 minutes.
