I took Monday off. Yesterday I did the treadmill but not for long.

And I mispoke....it is my feet in general. The planters is not kicking up but when it was so bad, I am fairly certain I either dislocated or broke a small bone in the side of my foot. That is why I stopped early on the TM yesterday. I could feel that bone. Better safe than sorry.

Yeah, better to stop than cause more trouble. Sorry your feet are giving so many problems. Hope they heal up real soon.

OK so Thursday bike session never materialized for me. I had to go to Kindergarten Open House and we were eating supper at 8PM. By the time that was through I just wanted my bed. Today is Friday and no school-- teacher's inservice day. Maybe I can just make it happen.

By the way, I am impressed with how disciplined some of you southerners are with your daily dose.

I did it- I moved the bike and got on it too. Only 15 minutes but it is a start. I am hopeful for a repeat.

Hi everyone! It is Sunday, did eveyone avoid that box of chocolates for Val Day? Today I rode the airdyne for only 15 minutes and it wasn't because I wanted to burn off what I ate, if you know what I mean. I really hope spring gets here quick-- I am tired of being stuck in the house.
Maybe I will get back on again after I put the girls to bed.
