grumble grumble grumble....the e bikes were occupied so all we did was walk. Now walking is good exercise but I was hoping to bike so I could baby that darned foot a little....

Oh to be able to run 5 again....

right now, I think I just need to gradually bring it up so everything is working in the right order.

With the PF so bad, I tended to walk on the side of my foot. That caused something to screw up in the side of it...Now, when I over do with walking and running, it is just tender. I don't want to screw it up more so i am just taking baby steps to increase my miles. Right now, I can run 1 mile 3 x week but if I do that, I cannot walk much.

My longest mileage is currently 1.5 miles running but then the next day, it is tender. I will get there..it is just taking a long time.
