I went for a bike ride. That sure used some different muscles!
Now I need toget a padded bike seat.

I think that's a good idea. Sometimes I need to put a cushion on the gym's bike seat. I start to hurt after 30 minutes on it.
Friday - 5 mile run
Saturday - 3 mile run
Sunday - 3 mile run around the hotel
Monday - 5 mile run

Well, my two "sitter" bones are tender tonight as I expected but I did go and buy a gel seat and a new bike helmet. Hopefully I will have both ends adequately protected.

Tuesday - gym day - 55 treadmill, increased speed every two minutes then back down for two minutes. 20 ex bike

Thursday. rode the bike tot he post office. It isn't more than about 5 miles round trip but it is pretty hilly.
Friday..No bike for me yet. Raining this morning.

Rode the bike on Friday afternoon.
Walked with DH on Saturday
Walked 4 miles with walking buddy htis morning.
