Other than assist with the diet, what has exercise done for you?
Is the flab gone? Do you notice a difference?
What about being able to climb stairs without having to wait 25 minutes to catch your breath?
Did your feet start hurting?
Thinking of before you exercised what would you say exercise has done for you?
