I started Thursday and walked about 25 minutes.

Friday I did a little more maybe 35 minutes

Yesterday, Saturday I walked 45 minutes.

I have my Nike+ that did not work yesterday.

I will try to post here daily to keep me accountable.

Hi there! If you want, please join us on My Daily Exercise thread. We post our daily exercise and chat about things once in a while. Only if you want to, you can keep your own thread going if you want too. Not a problem, just wanted to invite you. (I get lonely there sometimes)

I did not fall off the face of the earth but I did develop feet problem! Its the dreaded Plantar Faciatias(sp). The doctor gave me a cortisone shot, a boot to wear when I sleep, and told me ton continue to walk! I can barely walk in daily life much less to exercise.

So that is where I am, at a stand still. What do you all think? Have you experienced feet problem while trying to exercise and how did you overcome?

My foot doctor gave me arch supports for Plantar Faciatias and it helps me tremendously! Without them in my shoes my arches ache from falling!
