Wednesday 30 minutes on exercise bike...hard ride with 32% grade.

oops, missed Monday... 35 minutes on the bike. new route with 42% grade.

Then arms and legs weights.

Bikes were occupied so I just walked for 45 minutes. No weights today. Have decided that twice a week is better until I get a bit stronger.

Thursday - gym - 50 treadmill, 20 bike, some weights (I've been doing the weights once per week, I can't seem to do them more)

bikes were busy once again so we just walked and then the dreaded weights. I di bump a few of them up. It is amazing how little triceps I have.

At least you have some triceps, I don't think I have any. I can barely do the weights twice a week.

Friday & Saturday - 3 mile run

Monday, I'm going to up it to 4 and see how I do.

I think I am at a whoppoing ten pounds on the tricep machines.LOL

Monday two rounds of weight machines and then 40 minutes on the bike. 31% grade today about killed me. Bikes were not available when first in the gym so did weights first. ouch.

Monday - 3.5 mile run. I couldn't run first thing this morning as I had a dentist appointment so I tried when I got back. No motivation so I didn't go the 4.
