No race, I've been slowly building up to the 6. I usually do 5 on Sunday and sometimes on Monday, but I pushed myself this past week.

Good job on getting back into running!

I am the same way Carrie. I have been making feeble attempts at exercise but not posting what I do get done.

I pledge that when I get back from California, my exercise regime ramps up.
