Arghhh. 176.4 AGAIN. That's three days straight, identical weight down to the tenth of a pound. How is that even possible? I'm frustrated.

Still 174.2 this morning, so BOTH losses held. Even the (heehee) #2 loss! (Pun intended!) So I'm going to claim that one for my end to week 5, bringing me to a total of 20.6 pounds lost! Joy!

That gives me a healthy BMI of 24.9,and moves me into the "Healthy Weight" category on Fitday for my height.

I'm going to do just a few more days of dosing and very low calories, to make sure this is "for real," then move on to P3!

174.2 STILL. I think that is stable enough for me to call DONE to Phase 2!

Today will be my last dosing day, tomorrow and Saturday will be my last VLC days, and Sunday I will start Phase 3!

Hello! Had to rush out first thing this morning and didn't have time to swing by the board.

Phase 3, referred to around the message boards as P3, is basically Atkins--you're supposed to eat generously of protein and fat, some vegetables, and low-glycemic fruits. No starchy foods at all, and no sugar at all. Before I can start P3 I have to do two more days at 500 calories but no hcg pellets. The first was today. I'll do it again tomorrow, and then Sunday I will start P3. I'm looking forward to more protein and more fat. I've missed my steaks!

Most experienced hcg-ers say to avoid dairy at first, and to ramp the calories up slowly, so that's what I intend to do. The body gets used to this ultra-low calorie and fat regimen, and you have to ease back into fat and calories.

Good morning, world! This will be my last post in this thread--tomorrow I will start a new one for Simeon's Protocol, Phase 3, and link back to this one for anyone who stumbles by that wants to see how I did with Phase 2!

I woke up again to 174.4, so my weight seems to be QUITE stable already. I read on the hcg boards that it's important that you don't start your Phase 3 at a weight you just touched down to and might bounce back up from--so no worries there for me! It's been five days in a row within .2 pounds of identical.

Today is my last day of 500 calories, and as I look back, it wasn't so bad. I adjusted pretty quickly, and eventually grew to enjoy the rigid structure of my eating--no agonizing decision-making for me! So that leaves me a little scared and nervous about this next step?

Will I have an immediate weight gain from adding more calories and fat? Will I grow bored when I lose the daily excitement of weighing in lower (the entire point of this new phase will be to stay as close to the same as I possibly can...) Will I lose my amazing discipline of these last six weeks and start wanting to overeat? Man, I hope not--I am SO pleased with my loose clothes and visibly thinner body!

We will see soon enough! On with the adventure...
