Hot Cereal

Ingredients:

2 Cups Wheat Bran

1 Cup Soy Protein Powder 1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts

1 Scoop Carbolite Chocolate Bake Mix

1/2 teaspoon Allspice

1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

1 1/2 Cups Flax Seed Meal 1 Cup Pumpkin Seed Flour 1/4 Cup Lightly Chopped Sunflower Seeds (roasted & salted)

1 Scoop Carbolite Vanilla Bake Mix

1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg

1/8 teaspoon salt

 

Preparation:

Mix/Stir all dry ingredients together well. I put them in a 2 quart pitcher and shook it all up after stirring. For the Pumpkin Seed Flour I just took raw unsalted Pumpkin seeds and ground them in a coffee grinder. Put 1/2 cup of cereal in microwave safe bowl add 2/3 cup water and stir well. Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir well again and add Heavy Cream. This is really good and so fast to make! We have it for breakfast every morning and it makes up really fast when you are trying to get ready for work.
